I am looking for information regarding my daughter’s condo she has 80/20 mortgage and 80 is a interest only loan 20 is a fixed interest loan this was a five-year arm and in 2010 the adjustment factor will come into play. I’m trying to find out what it would cost to get a loan modification in this type of a situation. And to find out if we could negotiate a program with Citi mortgage to lead us buy out the fixed interest loan for so much on the dollar. Thank you
